Turkish hand made intricate silver chain for anklet or bracelet ID # 6799

A beautiful and rare sample of traditional Turkish silversmithing.

It consists of 8 shaped loops soldered one by one by hand, then contrast enhanced with slight application of dark paint to the crevices.

Such traditional chains are no longer available by kilos or continuous rolls, they are rather signature productions of free-lancer silversmiths. We try to stock and list them whenever available.

This piece was conceived as body for an anklet, 27 cm. You may also use it as bracelet, by closing it at the 20th cm and leaving the rest as tassel, to be further enhanced by the addition of charms.
